Telltale To Launch GAME OF THRONES On Xbox One, PS4

November 12 — After remaining tight-lipped about the details surrounding their upcoming Game Of Thrones video game since its announcement, Telltale Games finally has divulged details.

Set in the world of the acclaimed HBO television series rather than its source material, George R.R. Martin’s A Song Of Ice And Fire novels, the Game Of Thrones game will start near the end of Season Three of the TV series and end before the upcoming Season Five. Players will play five members of House Forrester, a house of the North Kingdom of Westeros who are unswervingly loyal to House Stark, the North’s ruling great house. Telltale has garnered acclaim for both The Walking Dead and Fables: The Wolf Among Us.

Launching on PC and Mac, will also launch on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and iOS in Q4, the game — which, like Telltale’s successful The Walking Dead game, will be a series of connected episodes — should release episode one before 2015.
