Second ASSASSINS CREED: UNITY Patch Available for Xbox One

November 18, 2014 — Xbox One’s patch for Assassin’s Creed: Unity glitches is now up and available for players. This is the second patch that Xbox One users have had to apply to the game since its release.

This most recent patch, made available late November 17, fixes problems with the cooperative campaign. The update automatically begins downloading at the player’s next start-up for the game.

According to Ubisoft these improvements will reduce the occurrences of the bugs causing:

  • Arno falling through the ground.
  • Game crashing when joining a co-op session.
  • Arno getting caught inside of hay carts.
  • Occasional long delay seen reaching the main menu screen at game start. (Xbox One Only)

This patch was previously released for both PC and PS4 on November 14th. The Xbox One had a few extra issues which caused it to be delayed up until this week. Their initial goal was to make the release for yesterday, and they’ve followed through. Ubisoft’s live team also promises that they’re “well into” working on the third patch.
