ATTACK ON TITAN Live-Action Film Posters and Actors Unveiled

Character posters showing the cast of 2015’s two upcoming Attack On Titan live-action films were released on November 19. 13 images were revealed showing several key characters and some that were specifically created for the films. Including in the set, new character Shikishima (Hiroki Hasegawa), whose poster dubs him the “world’s strongest man,” will be a key element in the film’s story.

Producer Yoshihiro Sato was quoted: “When casting the main characters, we didn’t pay any attention to whether they outwardly resembled the characters from the manga. In consultation with [Attack on Titan author Hajime] Isayama, we tried to find actors with the right spirit for the roles.”

The three main roles of Eren, Mikasa and Armin will be played by Haruma Miura, Kiko Mizuhara and Kanata Hongo respectively. Both Attack On Titan films are set for release in Summer 2015.
